There is a such a desire for connection and reflection with Jesus! And to be able to receive it and be a part of it in two very different and uplifting ways-from Adoration to the Praise and Worship, they were excited!! Thanks to all who made this possible, and will continue to make it possible in the future! I was VERY touched by the feeling I got when I entered. It was so beautiful and just touching. Brian’s group was singing, the candles were burning, the darkness was welcoming and people were praying at the altar.

It was amazing. Thanks Dcn. Mike for going above and beyond to make this happen. I would like to thank the members of the praise and worship band. You came together in very little time to support the cause. My favorites were Oceans and You’re Worthy of My Praise. Claudio Lombardo providing the sound engineering was absolutely key to this working. We could not have done it without him. Thank you Holy Spirit for showing up! It was the most focused I have felt in some time.

I wanted to say thank you for putting together and starting this wonderful ministry of Nightwatch! I had such a magical time at adoration- the darkness, the candles, the processing to Christ to lay your candle down, the multitude of bodies warming the pews with me, the fire outside, the music (especially the instrumental piano sections). The music at NightWatch adds to the prayerful environment. When words fail to aid me in prayer, I just listen to the music and I feel like my heart is in the right place — to worship the Lord.

I work in a demanding field where it's easy to lose sight of what is important. Spending time in Christ's presence is a wonderful way to end my week. I lay all my worries and stress from the previous week at Jesus' feet and just soak up His gaze. It rejuvenates me and prepares me for the weekend and the week ahead.
